These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with sejkko.com website (the “Service”) operated by sejkko (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.


When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of sejkko and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Portugal and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of sejkko.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by sejkko.

sejkko has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that sejkko shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.


We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall sejkko, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.


Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

sejkko its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

2. Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sejkko Art Prints. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The product was purchased in the last 14 days
  2. The product is in its original packaging
  3. The product isn’t used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Please contact us before you send the product:

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Sejkko Art Prints.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.

3. Using our website, sejkko.com

To use sejkko.com (the Site), You must be at least of the age of 18, be juridically capable of contracting and using the Site conformingly with the present General Conditions. You guarantee the truth and exactitude of the information provided by Yourself, on this Site. Sejkko reserves the right to remove or to refuse the order of a client with whom there would exist a litigation relative to the payment of a previous order.

1) What we sell on the Site: The products sold on the Site are fine-art photographs (henceforth “artworks”) certified, and numbered in limited edition, wooden frames and Sejkko gift certificates. The artworks are offered in one or several formats and mountings. The artworks are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity in English. Only one gift certificate is accepted per order. The gift certificate cannot serve for different orders : it must be used only once. Any remaining balance cannot be recovered. The gift certificates are non exchangeable and non reimbursable. The prices are indicated do not include neither applicable taxes nor shipping fees, which are added at the check-out stage.

The currency in which the prices are indicated varies according to the country of consultation of the Site : Euros for the countries in the euro zone, USD for the USA, Euros for other countries. In the case of a delivery to a country other than the USA and Europe, you are the importer of the work or works concerned. For all the works expedited to destinations outside of the USA and Europe, the customs duties or other local taxes of importation or taxes of the State are susceptible to be demanded. These duties and sums do not result from the jurisdiction of Sejkko. They will be at your charge and result in your entire responsibility as much in terms of declarations as in the payments to the authorities and the competent organizations of your country. We advise you to be informed on duties and taxes that may apply to You by enquiring your local authorities. Sejkko reserves the right to modify its prices at all times. The artworks will be billed on the basis of the price list in vigor at the moment of the registration of orders, under the reserve of availability. The works rest the property of Sejkko until the complete payment of the indicated prices

2) To place an order, You should at the minimum go through the following steps:

Consultation of the information page presenting the artwork. On this page You can choose the size, medium, finish and framing from the options offered for the photograph. The state of stock considering that we solely sell limited editions is indicated (Print available / Sold out). Gift vouchers are not associated with any of the artworks, but instead with an amount of money to be spent in our online shop. Once a product is selected You must click on « Add to shopping cart» in order to add the item to your shopping cart.

In your « Shopping cart » you have the possibility to delete an item or to modify the quantities ordered.

During checkout you have the option of creating a customer account.

Delivery methods are always (i) courier with tracking number for artworks, (ii) email delivery of gift vouchers. For artworks one of either ‘free shipping’ or a ‘flat rate’ applicable to your shipping destination will be preset for You.

Summary and choice of payment page. This page allows you to choose your mode of payment and to verify the different elements constituting your order (articles, quantity, mode of delivery, total price). You must insure that all these elements are in conformity with your order. Because of the links on this screen, You have the possibility to modify your order. In a given order, only one exemplar print of a given artwork can be included. This means that a single order cannot buy two or more copies of a single artwork.

You must afterward accept these general conditions of purchasing and of use of the Site to move to the payment step. Their acceptance is in effect after You check the tick box attached to the link to these conditions. The general conditions of sale and of utilization of the Site must be accepted at each order.

You pay for your order by the method of payment chosen, all of which at present are processed via PayPal. The contract is concluded upon the confirmation of the payment PayPal. The Site sends you a confirmation of your order by email in the minutes that follow.

3) Methods of payment

Our Site uses PayPal as a means to process all payments. You can use a PayPal account if you have one, but you can also use your credit card in the PayPal checkout page (Visa and Mastercard). All the information you send to our Site is encrypted (SSL technology, Secure Socket Layer). It does not circulate freely on the Internet and cannot be intercepted. Your bank information (number of card, expiration date and other details) is not communicated to Sejkko.

5) The information registered by the Site constitutes the proof of the entirety of transactions taking place between the Site and its costumers. The information registered by payment PayPal during checkout constitutes the proof of financial transactions.

6) Production and Delivery

Orders placed on working days (Monday to Friday) before 11h00 GMT begin processing on the same day, and on the next working day otherwise. Production time is normally five to ten working days, subject to delays if there is a significant order backlog, and/or any production parts are out of stock. In the case of any such delays, You will be notified via email.

Delivery is done via certified courier with tracking number. Once the order is sent You will receive the relevant tracking information, and can expect to receive your order within a week. Delivery times may vary according to final shipping destination, and variables outside the control of Sejkko. If any delays are identified, we will notify the costumer via e-mail.

Artworks that appear on the Site as Sold out can no longer be ordered, since the limited edition capacity has been reached.

7) Billing and shipping addresses

Sejkko currently sells and delivers orders to every country in the European Union, The United States of America, Canada and Australia. If you require Delivery to another country, this can be arranged on request by writing to hello@sejkko.com . We are planning roll shipping out to more destinations incrementally.

Your order for artworks will be shipped to the address You specify at the checkout stage. The shipping address can be the same as the billing address, or you can enter a different address, which will be validated.

Once an order is placed, it becomes – in general – not possible to change the shipping address. However, if you require a delivery address change please contact hello@sejkko.com within the production time period (up to three working days after placing the order) and, on a case to case basis we will try to help, with no guarantees whatsoever.

8) Modes of delivery and transit times

The possible delivery modes depend on the quantity, the size of the item(s) ordered as well as the destination country. If your order consists of articles of different sizes, we will minimise the shipping costs of the compound package. Multi-item packages are always sent together in one shipment, unless there is an exceptional reason not to do so. If such exception occurs the costumer will be notified by e-mail.

Sejkko reserves the right to choose the transporter of artworks at all times. The delivery date depends essentially on production time, which as explained is normally up to ten working days, and on variables pertaining to the courier. We ask our customers to allow a maximum of two weeks after placing the order to contact Sejkko about undelivered orders.

Transit times of produced artworks already despatched depend on the chosen transporter. As a consequence, no request for any form of indemnification based on transit times can be claimed by the costumer.

9) Shipping fees

The shipping fees vary according to the shipping address as well as on the number and the type of the artworks ordered. These fees are computed dynamically as the order advances into the payment stage. Sejkko is constantly trying to reduce shipping costs for costumers, while ensuring good transit times, reliable tracking, and absolute safety and integrity of the artworks sent.

10) Reception of the delivery

Upon the reception of your order, it is your responsibility to open the package to verify the state of the items. In the case of a problem, please give your package back to the deliverer stipulating the problem encountered and contact our customer service on the same day. The reception of the objects transported extinguishes all action against the transporter for damage or partial loss if within the three days, holidays not included, which follow that of this reception, the recipient has not notified the transporter, by an extrajudicial act or by registered letter, his delineated protestation.  This right is not applied to gift certificates or orders made by companies. For all orders on the Site, you have a period of 14 calendar days to notify us of your request for a return. For this, please contact our customer service (hello@sejkko.com) who will guide you further.

Articles returned without their original packaging or incomplete, spoiled, damaged, or dirtied by the client are not reaccepted. Sejkko will reimburse the price of the artworks as well as the original shipping fees (the return shipping fees are your responsibility) in a period of 14 days following the reception of the order by Sejkko, by credit in the bank account having served for payment, by check or by gift certificate, according to the mode of payment used at the time of the order.

In the case that the works received do not conform to the order, you have the right to return the order at no cost. In this case, please contact our customer service which will guide you further.
